The most blind thing I have ever read

I’m simply unable to imagine what would allow an intelligent person to write this:

Cancer and diabetes – are risk factors the same for these two diseases? Or does diabetes cause processes in the body which promote the onset or growth of cancer? It is still unclear why diabetics have a higher rate of cancer than people who are not affected by this metabolic disorder.

What exactly do you think will happen to a person when their immune cells develop resistance to the ILGF hormones? Obviously, the immune cells will lose their power to kill pathogens and cancer cells. And what kind of people are the most likely to have resistance to ILGF hormones? Well, obviously, people with diabetes. This is almost definitional.

Is there a theory that would allow immune cells to never develop resistance to ILGF? If yes, could someone please point to me to that theory?
